Operation Hours: 7:00 am to 12:00 am (Midnight). All music must cease strictly by 11:00 pm (Level 1) or 10:00 pm (Level 2). 2. Bond & Payment: Bond must be paid within 1 week of invoice. Remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the event date. Refundable bond will be credited within 15 working days post-event following satisfactory inspection. 3. Cleaning & Rubbish: Venue must be left in original condition. Rubbish must be removed or placed in car park bin. Missing rubbish bags incur a $20 charge. Extra cleaning charges up to $250 apply if not left tidy. 4. Security: Mandated security charges apply ($60/hr, min 3 hrs). Exceeding hire hours incurs $100 per 30 minutes. 5. Restrictions: No confetti, sparkles, or fog machines permitted. No external chairs allowed without prior written approval ($500 fee applies).
